These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kaylin AI and/or Rodeo platform and any related services provided by Kaylin AI and/or Rodeo Money, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By creating an account, clicking “I agree” (or similar), accessing or using the Service, or providing payment information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” and “your” refer to that entity. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Rodeo Money/Kaylin AI provides a software platform offering artificial intelligence-powered tools and services designed to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision-making processes (the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
a. To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to share your password and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
c. Eligibility
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

To maintain content quality and production efficiency, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before your renewal or rebill date. Because content for the next cycle begins production in advance, requests made within seven days of renewal may result in charges for the upcoming period.
